Sugar-Free Apricots and Mint Smoothie

  • 5 | Very ripe apricots
  • 60 g | Low-fat yogurt
  • 15 g | Dolcedì
  • 2 | Mint leaves
  • Lemon juice q.s.


Wash, pit and peel the apricots. Chop the apricots and wet them with a few drops of lemon. Put the apricots in a mixing bowl along with the mint leaves. Add yogurt and Dolcedì. Blend everything until the mixture is smooth and velvety. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and garnish with half the apricot and a few mint leaves. Refrigerate and serve cold.
