Brie & Fig Crostini

  • 8 | Thin slices of a French baguette
  • 8 | Thin slices of brie
  • Fiordifrutta Fig q.s.
  • 30 g | Fno inely chopped walnuts
  • 5 g | Chopped fresh rosemary


Preheat your oven to 180°C
On a sheet pan, add the slices of baguette. Put them into the oven to crisp up, without browning, for about 5 minutes. Once cooked, preheat your oven to 200°C. On top of each crostini add a thin slice of brie, about a teaspoon of Fiordifrutta fig jam, a sprinkle of the chopped walnuts, and a sprinkle of the fresh chopped rosemary. Put them into the oven to cook until the brie is melted and bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.
