Banana Walnut Shake

  • 1 | Medium very ripe banana, frozen
  • 120 g | Vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 60 g | Chopped California walnuts
  • 1-2 | Tbsp of Dolcedì
  • Ice, as needed


Place banana, yogurt, walnuts, and 1 tbsp of Dolcedì in a blender.
Blend on low speed until ingredients start to mix together. Then increase to high
speed and blend until smooth. Add the ice as needed to make the shake cool, and
blend. For a sweeter shake, add another tbsp of Dolcedì. Serve immediately.
TIP: To freeze banana, first peel and then cut into chunks.
Wrap in plastic and place in freezer several hours or overnight.
